Amid the growing trend of health-consciousness, we launched a fitness business (Body Studio Goldia) in 2007 out of a desire to promote healthy lifestyles among people of all ages. By providing consultation with each customer first and then proposing training in line with their goals, we help them enjoy exercising with confidence. In addition to standard machines, we also focus on private one-on-one sessions with trainers.
In 2023, we opened NEiS Gymnastics Class at AL.PLAZA Korien School to start a gymnastics lesson business to promote children’s mind and body wellness and growth.

  As for Body Studio GOLDIA, machine gym, pilates, pressure training, partner stretching, and other services are available. 24 Hour Fitness GOLDIA has installed more than forty different types of weight and oxygen machines in an area of 661.157 square meters, and is supporting clients' workouts for 24 hours.

  NEiS Gymnastics Class offers various educational gymnastics programs according to the age and needs of children. Our aim is to build up the gymnastics class as a place for encouraging children's mental and physical wellness and growth, and the school holds hands-on experience events as needed to help children learn and make memorable memories.
